Nilotpal Basu, Member of the Polit Bureau of the Communist Party of India
(Marxist) will be attending an international conference on “Marx’s Capital
and Its Impact on World Development” being organized by the Central
Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation at the State
Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Moscow on May 11 &
12, 2018.

He will be representing the CPI(M) and presenting a paper on behalf of the
Party at the seminar.
